At DMT Cycling, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance footwear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn cycling shoes and all original accessories back into the DMT box, ensuring the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
